ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 days to process your order.
Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP:
Ranch Mart 120 Eagle Rd Wickliffe, KY 42087
Orders can be picked up during regular store hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8 AM – 4 PM Saturday: 10 AM – 2 PM, Closed Wednesday & Sunday. Orders can be picked up daily during store hours within 2 hours after placing the order. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Holiday & Special Event Closures We may be closed on holidays or during special events. If your order is placed during a closure, it will be prepared the next business day. All closure dates will be posted on our website, social media, or please call 270-201-5914.
After-Hours Pickup:
After-hours pickup is available for select items. To request after-hours pickup, please select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout and contact the store for availability and pickup instructions.
A secure pickup location is available for approved orders. Instructions and access information will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Items not picked up within 5 business days will be returned to inventory and will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see complete Return and Refund Policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@theranchmart.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
